Terms, privacy and cookies

This site presents my services and the five one-time website packages. Prices are published in Colombian pesos (COP) and may change until you accept a quote.

Work is delivered as agreed in the quote. Without a managed service, the site is delivered as-is, only security fixes are applied, and any other change is quoted as a new service.

You are responsible for the content, images, and domain you provide, and for having the rights to use them.

Hosting and the domain are third-party services and are subject to their provider's terms.

The Hostal and Mateo demos are fictional showcases; their contact details are invented.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and your message.

I use that data only to reply to your request and prepare a quote. I do not add it to marketing lists or use it to profile you.

The legal basis for processing it is your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox before sending the form.

I do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not send it through this channel.

I keep the data for as long as the conversation or the working relationship lasts, and I delete it when you ask me to.

I do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Only the hosting and email providers process it so the site works.

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you can know, update, rectify, and delete your data, and revoke your consent, by writing to me at info@prealfadesarrollo.com.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

The browser keeps three optional values in local storage:

• prealfa.theme stores the selected light or dark theme; without a selection the site follows the system preference.
• prealfa.demo-banner.hidden stores whether you closed the demo banner.
• prealfa.currency stores the currency you choose for prices; without a selection, prices are shown in COP.

You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

A session cookie and a CSRF token keep the site working. They are strictly functional.

Because I only use strictly functional storage, there is no consent banner. If you want to clear these local values, do it from your browser settings.
